Տեխնիկական վրիպակի պատճառով 22.02.2023 թվականին հաստատված «ԳԵՌՏՌՈՒԴ» ՓԲԸ իրական շահառուների վերաբերյալ հայտարարագիրը կրկին ներկայացվել էր և հաստատվել 20.02.2024 թվականին, սակայն հայտնում ենք, որ փոփոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել և Նունե Մեհրաբյանը հանդիսանում է ընկերության իրական շահառու 06.10.2023 թվականից՝ սկզբում որպես ընկերության 63.265 % բաժնետոմսերի սեփականատեր, իսկ 06.09.2024 թվականից 100% բաժնետոմսերի սեփականատերն է:
